This Thursday at 9pm, New York State Senator Pete Harckham joins me to discuss what Albany is doing to address the rising cost of living, including efforts to expand universal pre-K, strengthen funding for public schools, and make energy more affordable. Senator Harckham represents New York's 40th Senate District, encompassing communities in Westchester, Putnam, and Rockland counties. First elected to the State Senate in 2018, he serves as Chair of the Senate Environmental Conservation Committee and previously served as Majority Leader of the Westchester County Board of Legislators. His legislative priorities include environmental protection, clean energy, education, affordability, and strengthening local communities.
